Bradley M. Ganz
Founder
Bradley M. Ganz has extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark and copyright matters; licensing of IP rights; and management of worldwide patent and trademark portfolios. He also practices in the area of trade-related agreements and general business contracts.
Licensed to practice law in Oregon (1994), Washington (2006), Texas (1989-currently on inactive status), and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (1990), Mr. Ganz began his career serving with a notable Texas law firm handling high-profile IP litigation ranging from chemical to microprocessor technologies. Mr. Ganz has extensive experience across a range of technologies. His past and present clients span major footwear, apparel and sports goods companies, medical device companies, and leading internet comparison shopping.
Mr. Ganz received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1989 and was a member of Law Review and on the Dean's Honors List. He received an undergraduate degree, with honors, in Biochemistry from the University of California at Davis in 1984. He was previously a member of the Executive Committee for Intellectual Property Law of the Oregon State Bar, and served as 1994–95 Chairperson of the Education Committee of the Oregon Biotechnology Foundation. He has an active sports background that includes competitive cycling and skiing, and coaching of youth club, middle school, and high school track, producing champions at every level.

Andrew D. Simons
Consulting Attorney
Where clients consent, we occasionally collaborate with Andrew Simons, Esq., as a consulting attorney licensed in California (but not licensed in Oregon or Washington), to enhance our legal services on certain on complex transactional matters related to corporate, business and real estate law. He may, through his independent law firm (https://dsimonslaw.com), provide co-counsel services on select and appropriate matters, subject to client engagement.
Drew graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He then worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher for many years where he worked on a variety of large business transaction, financings, real estate deals and security issuances.
He then served as the general counsel of several different public companies until he accepted a position as partner of Reicker Pfau in Santa Barbara.
Drew practiced corporate and real estate law with Reicker Pfau for 23 years before founding his own firm in 2022. Drew now works with select clients specializing in commercial real estate and business transactions and complex disputes and negotiations.
