Lloyd L. Pollard II, Associate and Incoming Partner

Lloyd L. Pollard II has experience in all aspects of IP law, including domestic and foreign patent, trademark and copyright matters; licensing of IP rights and technology transfer; development of worldwide patent and trademark portfolios; and post-grant patent practice. Mr. Pollard has counseled clients ranging in size from individual inventors and family-run businesses to high-tech startups and large, multinational corporations.

Admitted to practice law in Oregon, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon as well as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Pollard received his law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. There he was a member of the editorial staff of the Environmental Law Review. Before joining a notable IP law firm during law school, where he stayed until joining Ganz Law, Mr. Pollard worked for Intel Corporation as an electronics packaging engineer for nearly 10 years. Mr. Pollard also served as a deputy clerk to the Honorable John P. Cooney (Magistrate Judge, Retired) and the Honorable Owen M. Panner (Senior Judge), both of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
